These coin purses were sourced from a women's co-op in Guatemala where they harvest the cotton and make these from scratch, by hand. These bags have a zipper and are lined with cloth. Â
This bag makes a great present for yourself or someone else - an item made by women, for women, in local Guatemalan communities.Â
Our LAGO Natural Collection differs from our LAGO Collection in two ways. First, The women's co-op that makes our LAGO Natural Collection is an association of women weavers that uses profits to support Guatemalan children with special needs. Second, The dyes used to make these items are all natural and made from minerals, plants, and flowers.Â
Because each piece is cut differently and the colors and patterns will differentiate on each piece due the the hand cutting of the fabric. Â
Dimensions (Approximate): 4.75 in L x 3.75 in W. Please note these are completely handmade and there will be imperfections in the fabric and possible loose threads. See closeup pictures for details.
